The ultimate goal of life should be calling yourself back to your centre point!

Life is a beautiful blend of ever-changing emotions that contribute to our growth and help build our character. From the highest of highs to the lowest of lows, our emotions create a pendulum that swings back and forth, gracing every shade in between. And, while it’s imperative to lead a balanced life, finding that equilibrium can be quite challenging, especially when our emotions seem to take over.

At times, we may find ourselves swept away by happiness or dragged down by sadness. But the key to a truly balanced life lies not in avoiding these inevitable fluctuations, but in honing our ability to gracefully navigate them as they arise.

Imagine this: You’ve set an ambitious goal, pouring your heart and soul into achieving it. But then, out of nowhere, life hits you hard. You receive the heartbreaking news that you’ve lost a loved one. Overwhelmed by grief, your once vivid goal becomes a faded memory, a mere afterthought. Months pass before you even begin to contemplate your aspirations once more. 

On the opposite, you were very excited to hit the target, but all of a sudden, you found, the girl you have been waiting to propose, already proposed you. Now you are not in that high ambitious zone. You are too happy and too lost in love. You can’t handle yourself, let alone your target in life. 

No wonder happiness and sadness are two very high emotions which takeover the present insight. Now the question is, how do we handle ourselves in situations where our emotions outweigh our true potential? 

Very simple, “recall to your mind every single time whenever I will face any high times of happiness, I will welcome it wholeheartedly, but I won’t let myself absorbed init and get lost. I will better tap into my subconscious and make it remind me that this is not the final destination! I should focus on my targets as well. I won’t let myself diverted from my goals. I would do things where my happiness is reflected in my work. The happiness that will last forever. I will leave no stone unturned to cherish every happy feeling I get in between but at the same time, I will call myself back to focus on my priorities! For sadness, I know whatever happened, just happened, I can’t go back and reverse things. Life is all about change and I accept that change happily. I will keep moving in my life for better experiences. My life is fully in my hands.”

When we talk right; we think right, we act right! As a result, we lead a life which is absolutely close to perfection!
