No one here is expert in anything be it relationships, motherhood, fatherhood, being an entrepreneur, being an employee, or being an artistic. Step by step, we all learn bit by bit and expand our understanding. We do mistakes, we learn, we change and we become better.
Being a self-responsible soul, we should monitor our own performances. Take a break, get some rest, just be with yourself. Detaching yourself of someone or something doesn’t mean you don’t care, it all means your are taking some time off to fill your gaps and getting ready to serve even much better than ever before.
Until you will be keep mixing up with ideas and thoughts of others, you are unable to filter yourself. You need that gap to learn about yourself.
Imagine your childhood for a while. How returning back to school after a month’s summer break used to energise you almost to the next level.
Take family holidays. When people want to get rid of the cumbersome load of every day work, they plan to visit a totally different surrounding. No doubt, their returns are filled with energy and happiness.
These are just very basic illustrations that we have all experienced in our lives. When we grow with age, we realise, we don’t need a different place or any sort of hippy holidays, yet all we need is a self time. Self time means just you be with yourself. Not having even your partner around. As I said earlier, being in solitude, you are not disrespecting anyone. In fact, your are doing it for them. You are going in a process where you are watering yourself only to bloom like a flower later and spread fragrance around. How do we feel when we live with someone happy? We feel happy, right? So consider now that this break is preparing you for self-love and generating within the source of happiness, which will later be contagious to people.
The truth is, we all need some time to ourselves in order to recharge and feel whole again. As I said earlier, it’s not about fancy vacations or exotic locations – it’s about taking the time to step away from the chaos and be alone with our thoughts. Imagine waking up to a world where it’s just you and your own reflections. No distractions, just pure clarity. That’s the beauty of self time.
When we prioritize self-love and take the time to nurture ourselves, it can have a remarkable impact on our lives and those around us. By giving ourselves the time and attention we need, we are able to cultivate a sense of joy and inner peace that radiates outwards to those in our lives!
